appointment was swift and communication was consistent. Unfortunately car was returned dirty. It either wasnt inspected properly or the standard is low.

At the beginning of the search and negotiation I would have given a 4 star rating (stay with me now!) but due to a lack of communication it dropped below zero until Sam H. a manager called and said he would make things right and he did begin to make things right. He found another truck (I was purchasing a used truck) that was better equipped and lower mileage than the one I thought I had made a deal on and he did it at the same price as had been negotiated.
