I drove from OKC to Frisco to purchase my new, and very first, Volvo. I had some unpleasant experiences with some local dealers and searched out of state to find what I was needing and happened upon Crest online. The Zaktek service and factory warranty service was done well. The 20 point checkup found and issue that was repaired under warranty. I was informed of what was happening by the service advisor and returned the loaner to pick up my car as planned the next day. Everything went as planned and it was a good experience.

Mark was wonderful. Kept me informed and went the extra mile to cover an issue with the damaged tire. It does take a while if the car goes through the wash, but it needed it, so I understood. Everyone at Crest is always friendly and offers any help needed.
