Great attention and reception. Manager was very communicative during the period it took to repair the car. However, there were 3 items which I would suggest improving. 1- have the tech do a check before returning the car. The AC was reset and didn’t work until I ask the manager about it. Also a tool was left in the Motor close to rotating parts… just found it and I guess I was lucky that didn’t damage anything. 2- I asked for checking both wheel alignment and balance because the car vibrates after 85-90 mph. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The advisors here are so helpful. The last one I had (Lynn) was great and really appreciate him going through extra mile to make sure I had my car back before going out of town.
