I recently purchased an Audi from Crest. The car needed some touchups as it was used, and by the time I picked it up, the car was immaculate. Gage was my dealer and was extremely easy to work with. Koffi, the sales manager was a part of the process along the way, and really made the experience enjoyable. It took 2:30 hours to change a tire and run inspection. WITH appointment. It seemed a bit excessive of a wait
