Great waiting room with free beverages and snacks. Ally got my car in quickly and got my tire replaced. Keith was my regular service person for years but he's gone now. Wish you would get him back!

Lynn Ford is my Service Advisor. He made extra effort to insure I had a loaner vehicle and my car was service promptly. He called several times with updates. He also took the time to explain how my car was being serviced, the cost as well as the warranty. This is my third Volvo from Crest Volvo and I have always had them serviced on site. I've never been disappointed. They are very knowledgeable, professional and honest.

He provided excellent service. Because of my busy schedule, I needed to ensure that I was done by a certain time. Second, I had to add-on a recall service. Third, I had a coupon that applied to the maintenance. He ensured that all of the above were satisfied, and the service was done in an efficient, high quality, and professional manner.
