We had a little bit of an issue. We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. My husband figured out that it was a brake problem. This was the first time that we have bought a car from Crest. We were thinking is this a lemon of a car? It took a few phone calls, but we were connected to Brian Bingham. The gentleman that brought my car around took extra time to clean my floor mats when he didn’t have too. This is my second Volvo from Crest and the service is consistently fantastic.
