About this business

Every Volvo car comes designed to be among the best cars on the road. Many competitors try to play up their 'race-inspired' performance, ignoring the existence of speed limits. Many European car companies try to promote style over substance. Volvo cars are modest and straightforward: they are safe, comfortable and smooth.

If it were possible to give negative stars, we would. Deplorable customer service, disgustingly RUDE service manager. Constantly damaging the vehicle, then repeated pleading of ignorance and refusal to fix the damage THEY cause to the vehicle. They have one more opportunity to correct THEIR damage today. If they are rude again, we're calling our lawyer. Complaint being filed with BBB, too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Visited yesterday and was able to drive the used Pre-certified car we were interested and treated well. That is until we pointed out some issues with the car that we noticed right off the bat. They were fixable, so we countered and basically were given numbers that did not reflect anything we had discussed. Salesperson went back two-three times and each time came back with the same numbers. Finally were told they only way we would see the actual numbers was if we "committed" to buying the car right then. We stayed about... read more

I wish it were possible to give a place 0 stars. I did my research on purchasing the car so I know I got a good price for a car my mom was buying. Salesman Jason Lee did a great job in that area about two months ago. All of the problems with the service at this dealership started after. First, they only gave us one key to the car and told us they would order it and mail it to us the following week. We called them and schedule a time for us to come in and pick up the key and get an introduction to the features of the car... read more

Went to the new location today and it was very disappointing. The service drive was basically a shack and the whole lot was a mess to get around. I wanted to see the new XC90 but I went home instead. I loved the Frisco location. I hope they will improve this location dramatically.

My husband and I purchased an 05 Volvo XC-90 from this dealership and it has been all down hill since driving it off their lot. I am not sure where they bought the vehicle from, but the carfax said there had been only one previous owner. We took it for a test drive and I noticed that there was a "kick" when the vehicle was shifting, but the salesman assured us that the vehicle had been inspected and was in perfect working condition. My husband commented on the low tire tread and the salesman assured us that they passed inspe... read more

Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for $1400+. Upon discussion with both the service writer and the mechanic we determined that the fuel pump was working so well the engine was receiving too much gas. Now, according to them, a fuel pump is not a real pump, but we have never had a pump fail that worked too well. We pushed to have a fuel sensor replaced only, even though they warned us the car could essentially bl... read more

This is a cautionary tale for anyone shopping for a car at this dealership. I just recently began looking for another car and started my search on-line. I found a 2010 Volvo at a nearby dealership and then later found a 2009 one-owner, pre-certified model at Volvo of Dallas which was 2k less than the first. I felt that the pre-certification was more valuable than the newer model, not to mention the lower sticker price. There was, however, a discrepancy in the information posted in regards to the mileage, so I called the deal... read more

Buyer BEWARE. I bought a new Volvo XC60 from this dealership last summer and have never been more taken advantage of. I had a lease on one prior to this and was perfectly happy, however after one year they start courted me in coming in to get a newer model. Stated over an over they would trade "apples to apples" with a 2013 for my 2012. I took the bait and within hours knew it was the worst mistake. I felt pressured, as Jeremy called 2 and 3 times a day. I felt taken advantage of as Pedro told me over and over, this will be ... read more

Waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes while staff walked by without asking us if we'd been helped/needed help. Finally when someone did come by, he didn't answer a single question about S60/S80s - just told us that all the information was available online, even questions related to their inventory. Really? You can't tell us ANYTHING, not a single thing, about Volvos?? Ultimately we left without anyone ever offering to show us cars, answer questions. Come on, Volvo - you gotta do better.
