I hate to agree with the many negative reviews about this dealership but there wasn't anything they did to sell us the Volvo we bought: it sold itself bc I had my mind set on it already. Our salesman was polite and nice but left out several good selling points and spent more time chasing down keys to open the models we wanted to see. I have never written a review for a Car Dealership but I think that people should consider going to another dealership if they want Professional Quality Service. I was motivated to buy a XC90 and the Sales Manager was not interested in negotiating or working with me at all. I originally began my car repairs with Crest Volvo for my vehicle brakes, and they could not fix it. Park Place Volvo replaced the front brake pads and rotors on the vehicle. 229 miles later, I noticed that there were two lines hanging on the ground. I assumed that they were my brake lines, but come to find out, there were my fuel lines. I contacted Volvo Roadside assistance, and they towed my vehicle to Crest Volvo. My lease was coming to an end so I reached out to Crest Volvo. My old lease was from a different dealer but I wanted to give Crest a chance since it was much closer to my home. Such crooks and so sexist. Told my husband my warranty was expired in March of 2018. I found my paperwork and the expiration date was almost a year away. They also told me my car had never been wrecked. When I was back one day for service their own repair man looked at the alignment of my doors and asked "When did you wreck your car? We can fix this for you." I told them I hadn't wrecked my car, one of their lying salesman sold it to me like that. I just left this dealership. I drove there thinking I might trade in my 2017 X5. I brought ownership papers with me. I was serious about it. In the full 40 minutes I was there I sat in cars (those that were not locked!) looked in trunks, and generally checked out the brand new model of SUV I was considering. I put my 2014 XC60 w/47K miles on KBB Instant Cash Offer in which Crest is a participant & got an offer of 18k though I wanted 20k was told by mgr to bring in worst case would be the 18k. We were looking to get the new XC40 that we were going to have to order. In December of 2016 I bought a CPO 2013 Volvo XC90 from Crest Volvo. I had a 2007 S80 (which I bought as a CPO) and I wanted a newer car to give to my daughter who is getting her license this year. Because of my experience with the S80 I went for another CPO Volvo. Initially I had a lot of issues with the XC90 but because it was a CPO everything was covered.
