BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are a bunch of dishonest crooks! The first guys I worked with was arrogant and rude so I decided not to purchase my vehicle through them. Later the manager called to ask how they could get our business and he agreed to a price for the vehicle we wanted. Service dept. is awful. If you don't lose a tire driving in or out your lucky! Ordered step Rail for our RX 90 back in March still no word. Now they announce after 6 months they are discontinued could not get them to work correctly.

My parents came here looking for a 2017 XC90. Crest is closest to them but they also have access to Park Place Volvo downtown. The sales guy said these cars were in such hot demand that they could only offer a few hundred off. My parents aren't the type to buy into the hype so they asked me to help them find a better price. Do not buy a car from this dealership! Once you have bought the car and filled out the survey, they do not care if you are happy or not! We bought a new XC90 and started having problems with a locking malfunction on the back doors after 3 days. The back doors would lock and there was no way to unlock them without bringing it to the dealership. We tried talking to multiple managers, but could never get any response. I'm not sure why my previous review has been excluded from the record. I feel very strongly that the customer service I received here was predicated on a lie that cost me hundreds of dollars when all I wanted was to have a Volvo O.E.M. key programmed. I also had them look for an elusive oil leak. What they found was a hole in the coolant reservoir which they said was caused age-related brittleness and cracking. BUYER BEWARE!!! I traded my Volvo convertible in for a used truck at this dealer in 2014.. I am now considering trading the truck in & found out I am $17,000 upside down on this loan! The current dealer I've been working with said that what Crest did to me is why/how car dealers get to be known as SEEDY & GREEDY.
My wife & I traded in our 2012 Accura TL for 2012 GMC Denalli. I told the salesman Ronato that I felt we should get $18k to $20k for our Accura & we'd like to make a deal to keep our payments around $500.00.
