Worst than a used car lot in a ghetto area. Go to autobahn or park place. Dealer is in a great location but they try to scam everyone with dishonest sales tactic. Tactics and "typical sales pitch" is so outdated, it makes me laugh. It is 2019. Not 1995. We have Internet. Your pricing is ridiculous. Please check your competitors in DFW area. There is a reason why you guys are stuck in a rundown building.
Do not waist your time! Went to look at a 2015 Jeep and though the salesman was polite the nickel and dime game was an absolute joke. Car was over priced, low balled me on the trade, car had bald tires and they wanted to charge me $1,200 for new ones. Best part, $700 for window tint and Nitro air in the tires, which they claimed was a "dealer added accessory", on a used car! There are plenty of dealerships that don't play this game. Crest Volvo is all about taking your money! After being a customer there since 2010 they have no loyalty to faithful customers. Took my Volvo in to have a problem checked out & was told that the $170 diagnostic fee would be applied towards any repairs. This is the typical thing they they tell you. I have never left there under a $1000.00. They have always applied the $170.00 toward the repair. No problem.... What is with these dealerships who act like they don't want my business? Well, if that is the message they want to send off, then they got it. I'm scratching Volvo off the list. First, they hadn't changed this lot from 3 years ago when I went in looking then. The sales guy then had told me they were in a transition to move locations, and so that made sense THEN....but 3 years later and they still look like a dump lot? Please note, it's taken me time to write this review, just because my husband and I have only recently got our issue resolved by another dealership, but thought that we needed to make our experience known for future service customers also. Just got home after visiting this place. Test drove a 2016 Lexus GS. Liked the car, Yan the sales person was ok. Sam the manager was terribly rude and condescending. I told them i have several appointments with other dealerships and the price was a little high for me. Sam the manager said "why take a look at the vehicle at the car if the price is little high" and "you just wasted our time" and turned around. If possible I would leave a lower review than 1 Star. I went in over the weekend to see a used car I saw online. Was greeted by a pleasant enough of a guy. Did a test drive. So far - all par for the course. Once we got inside - the BS began. A bunch of greasy salesmen running around pounding their chest. Bullying tactics. Since then phone calls - emails - all wanting to argue. Save your time. There are better options with far better pricing.
Sales mgr Justin very good. Sales guy Tony couldn't care less after he earned his commission. Frankly, an underwhelming purchase experience, not what I would expect for a luxury brand. I'm hoping that service dept is more customer focused.
I'd recommend going to another dealership if you even remotely care about customer service. We experienced a serious lack of communication during our time here. I understand that perhaps people can be busy but leaving us in an office and not telling me anything for about half an hour is a waste of my time. We walked out after voicing our concerns and still not being helped.
