This dealership is professional, answered all my questions and worked with me . Chris Sommers , I would recommend . Non pushy, answers all questions and works with customers to get the best price . I purchased my new car , I went to Finance to work with Krystie Zhang . She worked with me , got me a great warranty package and I left the dealership smiling. She was very friendly and the finance process was quick and painless. It was one of the best experiences buying a new car .

Had a great experience. Service center took care of a warranty issue related to an axle seal leak. They diagnosed, ordered parts, repaired problem area, test drove vehicle afterwards, and the rest is history. Would definitely use this service center again.

I would like to thank everyone in the service garage for looking out for me. About 1 month ago I had got the car from criswell Honda and they did not want to change my brakes at all they told me no they will not do it so I tried my luck at Nissan and explained to them how Honda was treating me. So even though I didn't get the Nissan Altima S from there they have helped me with all my issues with the car so yes I will recommend everyone that has a Nissan or want a Nissan to go to Criswell Nissan in Germantown Maryland

While visiting in Germantown my Nissan transmission died. Vehicle was quickly tested, parts ordered, and work was completed earlier than expected. I am extremely impressed with this dealership.

Crystal was fantastic, keeping me informed throughout the process. My problem was 2 years old (and worsening) and was unresolved by other independent service centers who recommended "new spark plugs" or "new coils" with no guarantee the that the problem would be fixed. Criswell diagnosed and replaced the camshaft position sensors, and the problem was (mercifully) solved!

Ellen Singh was my sales consultant. She was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle. Jaimin was an excellent sales representative. Very knowledgable about the truck in question and was willing to work with us to make it happen. Sale manager Matt was clear and precise when explaining questions we had about financing and in negotiations. Neither Jaimin or Matt was pushy in trying make a sale they were understanding of our price point and wanted to make it work. Highly recommend this sale team to others.
Sales personnel listened and took my situation into consideration when trying to negotiate a price that I could comfortably pay. When the negotiations came up a little higher than what I had budgeted for the purchase, the sales manager proposed an "outside-the-box" solution to get me into the vehicle.
