I had my 2007 Murano serviced at Criswell. I recommend the Germantown Criswell Nissan location. My favorite service rep/manager is Dave Scott. He is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond! They also offer the most competitive price that I've found which is reasonable for my pocket. This most recent service I had the battery replaced and a transmission issue diagnosed. Replacement of shattered fog light, part was in stock and an appointment was set up for replacement when I called for the service. Replace took about 45 minutes.
I made an inquiry on-line regarding purchasing/leasing a car. My inquiry was answered immediately by Cesar Yanes. Mr. Yanes not only responded by e-mail, he also called me. I was really impressed. My experienced with Nissan was absolutely great! Cesar is very professional and caring and she is still professional to date. My entire experience with Nissan have wonderful. I finally found the car I wanted but it was over two hours away from my home. When I called the dealership I spoke to Cesar in sales and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was a little nervous to take a one way trip with an Uber to purchase a car sight unseen but Cesar was good enough to go out on the lot, sit in the car and give me an accurate description of condition. Our experience at Criswell Nissan was hands down the best car purchase experience we have ever had! Cesar Yanes was super helpful and answered all of our questions. He was so knowledgeable about the 2017 Rogue we got and was straight forward with all of his information--no sugar coating or awful sales jargon. I had the CV boot on my 2007 Nissan Murano repaired this month (June 2017) at Criswell Nissan of Germantown. Dave Scott (service manager) was my point of contact to ensure the best service was rendered. Tee, my mechanic also did a wonderful job with the repair. Overall, my experience has been great! This was the second repair I had at this location and both experiences have been above and beyond. Cesar Yanes was extremely helpful and pleasant. He stayed right with us through the whole process and did not waste any time with typical "sales drivel". The manager (Korey) was also involved and was just as nice to interact with. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I brought my 2012 Titan in for an airconditoning check.My service writer was terrific. She checked on me in the lounge and kept me abreast of every step including contacting my third party extended wauranty carrier and then providing me with a rental when the repair could not be completed that day.
I dealt with Technician Mike Rojas at a previous dealership and was disappointed when he left. He is a fantastic tech who listens, understands and most importantly cares. I told him years ago I will go where he goes. I don't let just anyone work on my 2008 Rogue. I was also very pleased with the service advisor, Huyen Vuong. He was helpful and straightforward.
