This review is way overdue, but I guess better late than never. So this was my family's fourth (4th) purchase from Criswell Nissan in last 6 years. I have purchased my first vehicle from these guys in 2011, then again a vehicle for my sister in 2012, for my brother in 2013, and now for my other sister in 2017. I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Criswell, and the buying experience was just fantastic! I was looking for a "deal" at the end of the year, and they respected that and help me find one. My last buying experience was excellent at Criswell Honda. This one, was for my wife at Criswell Nissan, and was wonderful as well. My wife had her heart set on a Nissan Rogue and everyone was very polite & professional. David Son, the GM, was very hospitable and engaging. Roland was very accommodating and professional. My Spouse and I came and purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima from Rolland Yanez on Friday. He was very professional, honest, and upfront about everything. I worked with Chris Sommer and Krystie Zhang on the purchase of my 2016 Rogue SV during the last week of December.
