I purchased a used vehicle from Rod and couldn't have had an easier purchase process. He allowed me to take the car out for a test drive and didn't push me to make a decision. I told him I was ready to buy the car, we sat down at his desk, and about 10 easy minutes later, I was filling out my paper work. There are not enough words to thank this amazing sales and finance team. I recently had an anxiety-filled experience (not at this dealership) that left me unhappy and unexcited to buy a new car. Absolutely outstanding service, Matthew is extremely friendly, easygoing, patient, informative, polite, and explains service, pricing, and options BEFORE which doesn’t make me feel pressured. I’ve heard some not so good things about Criswell but Matthew in their service department makes me look forward to going there!

I've just bought a new Nissan Sentra from this dealership. In fact, this is my fourth car leased or bought here. It turned out that Krystie was my finance advisor when I bought one of my cars here years ago. Krystie is a wonderful person and very skilled finance officer. I have a 2003 Nissan Altima that had a bad catalytic converter. It made my engine fail. I took it to a local small shop in Germantown who replaced the engine and put all the components that made it fail right back on. Needless to say I drove the car less than 100 miles before it failed again. I figured I'd take it to Nissan to see what they could do for me. Nissan advised me to have diagnostic testing done. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. I walked away from the table at 2 other dealerships because of hidden fees, altered trade in value, etc... so I called Criswell before I stopped at the dealership. Ceasar Yanes took the time to understand everything I was looking for, and he called me back within an hour's time and provided every detail regarding the deal.
