I've been coming for 3 years. I am grateful. Program is working for me. The staff is helpful. My counselor is great and open to talk to me most times I need to. Thank you for being there.

When you have to take a urine screen you have to chase people down and beg them to do your screen. It ends up making me late to work. The nurses.Dameon and Cody (staff) are wonderful and always helpful. Clinic has NO meetings to attend and they are important

Overall I have no complaints other than we have had a new director for months and I have only seen him once, I’ve never met him and I couldn’t tell you what his name is. At least the last director introduced herself and she was always there to help.

I’ve always like ur all’s attitude and help with anything and everything ur willing to help with. But I can’t stand the urine screen. I have a shy blotter and it seems like people giving me the test think I’m automatically dirty if I can’t go. Y don’t u all record people and delete it after reviewing it. Or a clinic in Maryland had a peak window to see in the bathroom so they only had to have one person watching urine screens. And I feel like that made it easier for people like me to go.
