I’ve been to a few different clinics over the years. I’ve been taking methadone for over 5 years now. This is the 3rd time I’ve been on it. Seneca clinic seems like they don’t really care about you or trying to help make your life a little better. They make me more stressed out and wanna go back to street drugs. They tell me 2 months after I failed a drug test for opiates and I couldn’t get it retested cause it had been too long, but I know I haven’t done opiates in over 5 years unless prescribed. It went well. It took HOURS to actually get seen by the dr. But I know how busy a day can get. But once I got in with the dr, everything went smoothly and got shit done.

I'm working 12 a day n it's very hard for me to get to my appt ..the past month or so been rough a death in family outta state and I do homecare work for elderly and put 84 hours a week in so I miss my appts the past 3 times and I had used to get thru my days ..I came 2 hours late n they wouldn't see me Sunday 18th n gave me another appt for today at 6:10 pm so I have to leave my job again and take 2 buses to get there and give another hot urine and I live up n.e. area..and they tell me if my urine is hot again I gotta come ... read more
The counsler Haley is unprofessional and is rude . She needs to go . How can a counselor have a job working with addicts that are usually on the edge and b so rude and nasty and treat them like they are criminals.. the lady that's over it now is really nice and I think she truly cares but Haley has to go
