You should have dedicated nurses to perform labs and bottle checks. If a client needs bloodwork then the nurse that he or she goes to has to close their window to go and perform the bloodwork If there are only two nurses to begin with then that means there is only one nurse for the next 25-30 minutes. Do you think that is acceptable? If you do, you have NO respect for your fellow man. Do something about this. 2 things. I called 2 times to make an appointment. On hold a long time so I let my call back number. No one ever called. A few days later I finally got thru and made my appointment, but that’s frustrating. Most importantly, I left work, drove there and back and lost almost 3 hours only to find the office was NOT OPEN. Finally got in touch with the doctor via telephone. What a waste of time, money and gas. I will do a telephone call every month, just tell me though.

I’ve been to a few different clinics over the years. I’ve been taking methadone for over 5 years now. This is the 3rd time I’ve been on it. Seneca clinic seems like they don’t really care about you or trying to help make your life a little better. They make me more stressed out and wanna go back to street drugs. They tell me 2 months after I failed a drug test for opiates and I couldn’t get it retested cause it had been too long, but I know I haven’t done opiates in over 5 years unless prescribed. It went well. It took HOURS to actually get seen by the dr. But I know how busy a day can get. But once I got in with the dr, everything went smoothly and got shit done.
