It seems that every single time that I go in I have to see my counselor. There’s always something that has to be done. This last time was a drug screen that I had just submitted 2 weeks before. It was somehow lost between the testing facility and Crossroads. It was found while I sat in my counselors office but still the point is that there is no reason that I should have to see her as often. I feel like I should have a session and drug screen on the same day so I can at least 1 day out of the month to be able to come in get ... read more

The administration and doctors need to get together and come up with protocols for your patents who undergoes medical procedure. It’s stupid to think that your patents will NEVER undergo a surgery or some other procedure where pain management is necessary. Right now, YOUR protocol for someone with a positive drug test is to shame them and make them come back to the office once a week. I had surgery, talk to my doctor, pharmacist and came up with a plan where the very minimal pain management would be used. I go to your fa... read more

My last appointment wasn’t scheduled so I had to call last minute only to get a virtual appointment so I was unable to give a UDS. Now in order to get the meds I need I have an appointment three days before my baby is due to be born and if I am in the hospital and cannot make that appointment I risk not getting a script because I haven’t provided a UDS. Even though I am able to come any time, you are overbooked so I’m here isn’t an appointment available until I am about to possibly give birth. Second problem I’ve had here in... read more

Accuser me to have a hot urine with benzos and oxys and I don't do anything I'm almost 1 year clean February 12 and not on parole or live in recovery houses. I choose to stay sober and came along way to be accused of someone else's mistake. So I only got 2 weeks script instead of a month. The original provider I see wasn't there it was someone else on a tablet very rude guy he was. Never had a hot urine, swab, since going to crossroads until they say Dec 12 was hot with stuff I know I don't do. Affects my recovery things lik... read more

You should have dedicated nurses to perform labs and bottle checks. If a client needs bloodwork then the nurse that he or she goes to has to close their window to go and perform the bloodwork If there are only two nurses to begin with then that means there is only one nurse for the next 25-30 minutes. Do you think that is acceptable? If you do, you have NO respect for your fellow man. Do something about this. It seams like a rinky dink operation every time it happens, which is every day except Friday. Do you even care? There... read more

2 things. I called 2 times to make an appointment. On hold a long time so I let my call back number. No one ever called. A few days later I finally got thru and made my appointment, but that’s frustrating. Most importantly, I left work, drove there and back and lost almost 3 hours only to find the office was NOT OPEN. Finally got in touch with the doctor via telephone. What a waste of time, money and gas. I will do a telephone call every month, just tell me though.
