It’s always a different receptionist at the call center to make appointments or to reschedule. There rude they don’t have the knowledge to what Center you’re scheduling your appointment for therefore they can’t assist you the way you should be. They don’t understand somebody in recovery needs to have an appointment rescheduled within 1 to 2 days not five days out they’re not very accommodating and they don’t care they are just there for a paycheck!!!

Was another issue with the 3$copay. So my medication was not shipped out and I was considered a no show which really made me feel some type of way. Always an issue with the co-pays 🤨 Considering what the heck is going on with the pandemic and ppl not working, they should be ashamed of themselves. Sadly some had to self medicate because of this. And not to mention the woman with the accent who usually answers the main number... Ignorance gets you NOWHERE. She should not b... read more

I wish I knew about crossroads and had them a long time ago. Crossroads has been helpful with MAT, medicated assisted treatment. I have been on and off of opiates my entire life, and if I had a crossroads way back when I started, I would have an actual life and spared myself from hell on earth. There needs to be more crossroads , as too many clinics want cash only or do not accept insurance or Medicaid. Until crossroads, MAT was for fortunate addicts, people who had access to thousands of dollars. Opiate addicts WILL NOT sto... read more
Was a good place to go. Keyword: WAS. The last 3 months have been absolutely ridiculous. DO AWAY WITH CALL CENTER AND PUT PHONES DIRECTLY TO OFFICE IN CASE THERE ARE PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!! Constantly problems with the stupid e-scripts!! PAPER! PAPER!! PAPER!!! My prescription has been messed up the last 3 months because the doctors don’t know what they are doing. (Some. Not all.) Both the newer doctors and nurses/receptionist are horrible. The older ones were great.
