Crossroads has changed and saved my life. I don’t have to plan my life around if I’m gonna have pain pills to take that day. If I didn’t have 5-8 to take before I got out of bed I would be so sick, throwing up the whole nine yards. I wouldn’t be able to go to work or anything. With the help of God, and Crossroads I have my life back today. I could never say thank you enough.
I had no choice but to use these subs.wich i had a problem with my pain no help at all because they don't help you with pain like my norco vike's
I have been sober for over a decade... I am a single mother of 3 children and completely understand that due to COVID-19 this year, we have had to use tele-medicine for our appointments. I had an in office appointment scheduled and called to seek the help of a customer service rep from Crossroads for advice on what my options are since I hadn’t seen my primary doctor yet...they rescheduled me for a telemedicine appointment. They do not listen to what the patient has to say what so ever. ALL of the doctors are extremely mean, rude, unprofessional. The only reason that I keep going there is because they are essentially holding me hostage. Once they have you on the Suboxone, they will never ween you off of it.

When I first started at the jacksboro clinic , I was pleased with the professional and caring staff .. Now that Crossroads has taken over I no longer feel it's about the patients ,, it's all about the "all mighty dollar".. When you have one Dr seeing 100 or more patients a day ..that becomes more like a cattle sale than a Dr's office...
