Angie the receptionist is amazing always there to help in any way, she helped me with appoint issues of my own while on her vacation. If problems come up with pharmacy shes there at soonest avail. Moment to help. I can say the same for my Dr. Amanda and my counselor Holly. My boyfriend sees the other Dr. Gopal and has nothing bad to say of her either. We couldnt ask for more. Very caring, they offer out of office resources and overall just great care. It would be a mistake not to choose Crossroads treatment center on Amherst

Since switching to the butler office my prescriptions are never at the pharmacy when they are suppose to be. I use to get text messages from Dr. Leimous that informed of when they are scent to the pharmacy. For 3 months I have not been able to refill my prescription on time and have switched pharmacist because I thought it was there fault. That did not fix the problem either.

Scripts can take a longer time to process electronically on the weekends, so we can definitely try to schedule on a weekday if that is possible for you. The new app check in isn’t working, it’s going to cause wrecks people trying to check in while driving. The people that don’t have cell phones end up standing in line for a long time while people in the back of the line are getting called in. They don’t take my insurance and it is costing a lot of money.

Every single time I’ve had a telemed appointment I’ve had to wait well over an hour and a half, and a few times even after waiting I wasn’t seen by anyone. It’s not really working well.

The staff in Harriman are really good people but I'm going to be forced to find another doctor if you all do not start the insurance for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee very soon I've been very patient. This is costing me a lot of money thanks for allowing me to give some input

I hate it anymore and how I’m being treated by Certain people. I’m dozing off because I want to be off methadone. And I feel like because of that or because of certain other reasons I’m being treated differently and it’s not right.
