Other than laat time when my script wasnt sent in because i was marked as a no show and had to call a 1800 number and email ars and message because there is no regular number or way to reach them...Dr. Vasil is Great not judgemental no bullshit. I can't lie i got Real type comfprtable.with the Tele visits, So simple in and out no contact with other people, no risk and so much easier with My three Young'ns.

This place is run by a bunch of incompetent individuals the director talks down to people and is clueless in her job. The counselors are a joke I have had 3 with in the past year alone. They give take homes then take them back with no explanation or proof. The amount of drugs and dealers that are outside everyday is pathetic. I could get any drug I want on that property. I had an appointment set for 10:50Am and waited until 2pm on the zoom call. Every time I called the main number they just kept telling me I was next and then I would wait for another hour . Usually my experience is fast and great

I don’t like coming every 3 weeks. I find it greedy from a business stand point, and as a full time working mother/business owner, it’s a pain to pull off. Hire another doctor if it’s really about the numbers. Used to love this place. I only stay because of Dr. G. The place is cold and feels like it’s just there for profit now, not to really help addicts or hold anyone accountable. This always happens when a corporation gets involved. Sad.
