John vasil is an incompetent fool! He knows nothing about addiction! I wouldn't send my dog there. He's going to end up killing somebody if he already hasn't. I recommend staying away from Crossroads there's other doctors out there that actually care!

The wait time to see the dr.was ridiculous. All patients were put on the responsibility of 1 dr.and I had to wait almost 3 hours.this wasn't the 1st time that this has happened. And they still are not taking my insurance If I can find another place to go I won't be back.

Business response:

We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that the standard was not met in your interaction with us. The facility will now be accepting the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amerihealth, and United Health Care listed under TennCare. The insurance card must state TennCare on the card. Most visits are pleasant however the last couple of times or so that I’ve gone in someone over scheduled me. They have flagged me to see both my counselor and the nurse practitioner for at least 3 visits. It’s not feasible to do both in one visit. I am taking my recovery very seriously therefore I need extra time to spend with my counselor which she gladly gives me. If I were to see both the counselor and nurse practitioner in one day it would take at least an hour not including wait time for dosing. I was told originally... read more

Honestly I am most of the clients at the Calhoun facility are fed up with this clinic. The prices are increasing every 6 mths and not to mention most of us lost our jobs due to CoVid. It’s like crossroads doesn’t give a shit. Not to mention the Director, Amanda, is NEVER there!!! She should be the first person in the building and she sometimes doesn’t get there till 9am, 4 hours after it’s already been open. It’s ridiculous. Then you had a secretary become a counselor.l, Audry. She’s rude, she’s nasty to everyone she hates d... read more
