Everyone’s always very nice & respectful. I always have a different doctor. I don’t know why they can’t keep them & my counselor is different too. It’s a wonderful doctors office but I think Virginia premier needs to do better job at providing providers for us here at this location

Don’t go here if you want any success with opioid addiction. They are all incompetent. Lie about drug screens and getting take homes. They lie about everything. The video chat is awesome. But, my biggest problem is when i get my prescription sent to a pharmacy & need to switch it. Because, they don't carry my script. It's absolutely ridiculous trying to get ahold of a prescriber to send another perscription. You need to work on a perscriber being available on all business hours. Because, we depend on these scripts, when we have to wait 3 days for a perscriber to fix the situation. Alot of the time, we end up relapsing. Had to wait 25 mins to be seen. Was told I had to fit therapy into my schedule even though I've been clean for nearly a year and work 50 hours a week.
