I was asked to be put on a TIP, I agreed to a plan w Brian, the clinical director on a Tuesday. Although it was not the plan they wanted of up 80 mg. From 52 mg which is ridiculous. So Brian and I agreed and he went to the window with me to get the 10 mg increase for that time to be done for next time I came in. So when I come in on Thursday, I’m told that I am being administratively discharged instead by the nurse. No talking to anyone, nothing. I was only there feom August. Although they are trying to see me for being ther... read more
I had a hard time calling in. It kept saying the Zoom page was unavailable and I missed the time for my appointment and had to schedule one an hour later. Same problem....I think the address that was sent to me had a couple of letters missing. Or.... it could have been me doing something wrong. 🤨

This place has literally changed my life for the better. The nurses are always so pleasant and kind to me. Melissa is the best office secretary a business could have. She makes you feel wanted when you walk in the door and check in. I’ve been able to reflect on myself and get back in control of my life. Such an awesome feeling that there is a rainbow 🌈 after the storm. The only thing I dislike about going to the clinic is being talked to rudely for knocking on my counselors door when I’m told I have to see her before I can ... read more

Well it just took an extremely long amount of time, but I can understand the reasoning why so that’s not too much of a complaint. And the starting methadone dose of 30mg just didn’t help me at all and I’ve gotta go 6 days just before I can get just to 35m, so I’ve been really sick since starting, and to be honest I’ve had to use just to maintain

Very disappointed, I go to Harrimon tn, they said I have to come twice a month now, and the dr's are not allowed to write prescriptions for my blood pressure meds, I've been a good patient for 5 years, never failed a drug screening, sad to go but looking for a new dr
I think it’s unfair that charge our insurance for drug test but you don’t take our insurance for visits. How’s it fair that another company is taking our insurance in your building but you not take our insurance. The drug test should be included in the price of the visit just like all the other clinics. Also how is person able to afford to pay additional amount for council and go to your appt. I’ve been a loyal patient from the beginning and I’d like to see this place accept insurance
