Usually very well but I missed my appointment and they wont let me talk to my doctor

I had a appointment for June 3rd at 4:40 well 2 days before my appointment I get a new text message that says my appointment is at 1 p.m. they really do not care about your life that much because they would concern me in contact me to let me know my appointment is changed regardless I was there at 9:45 because I've made a new appointment so anyways I got there and I waited till 11:45 and still wasn't in the building I went up there and asked the young lady about how much longer is she thought it would be and she said maybe a... read more

I've been receiving sublocade shot now for about 6 months I went to go receive my shot the first time I went down there they didn't have it he told me to contact Leah so I did so I went back down the second time after she said they approved it they said when they got there nobody was there to sign for it and then the third time I went down there they finally had it so I had to make three trips down there because one Leah didn't approve to send it out two they delivered it and nobody was there to sign for it and this isn't th... read more

having to wait on a counselor for 45 minutes is a pain

I have been with Ars for over 5 years and it very different now I guess you are trying to see as many patients possible because it just seems very impersonal plus after doing the telemed Appt. The doctor never even sent my script.I was in bad accident so making it anywhere let alone the pharmacy is a challenge. And you have a voicemail but noone ever gets back to you about your issue even though the message says it will.Also ever telemed Appt. time I get I still don't get seen til almost an hour later. Extremely slow service on a daily bases. Extremely difficult to get a dose increase compared to other local centers. Doctor is unavailable constantly.

I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had a 815 appointment, and while waiting on the zoom app I called 4 times to office and they just kept saying your soon you will be up soon just behind. So why have an appointment time if can’t keep up with zoom. I missed work because I couldn’t get there on time. I’m ok with 15 to 30 minutes late but come on hour and 15 not ok. Especially when office opens at 8 so to say it backs up is not ok because I was one of first appointments of the day. Seams like they are taking patients... read more

They did good so far. They are kind when you walk in the door it’s just hard going from one drug to another. No one wants to be on a drug for ever..

Normally I am pleased but this time was very concerning. I usually pay for 1 month of suboxone at $375. This time they said I could pay for 1 month but would have to come back in 3 weeks and only get 3 weeks worth of suboxone. I will not be in town at the three week date so therefore they had me pay $250 for two weeks and then I will go back in two weeks and pay $250 more. So basically I am paying $500 just to receive one month of medication. I do not understand why?
