Me and my wife both attend the independence ky Clininic an the program has saved us both. I have to say that staff was stretched very thin doe to everything going on with the pandemic , but finally we have a very dedicated administrator an she jumped in with both hands an is doing a great job !!!! We love our clinic so thanks from the both of us

Me an my husband are both patients at the independence my center and We are so great full for the new administrator. It was in need of someone who cared about you not only as a patient but as a person. She has went above and beyond not only for us but for everyone. She also practices the open door policy that should of happened a longtime ago. This program saved mine and my husband’s life!!!!

I had a tele conference set up for 1050. I was on there from 1045 to 1150 and no one ever connected the meeting. I wasnt able to see the doc and ive been out of my suboxen since Friday.

the facility is great and the process is fine I did not like the doctor I had though (Dr. Lawless) he was very rude and lazy I asked him for the past 2 months to send my enrollment form to reset-o but it has yet to be sent as well as i asked him to switch my pharmacy because every appointment i have he is always late and my pharmacy i currently have is closed, but he refuses to and says he can't when I know that he can because I changed it before when I seen another doctor. he just seemed very ignorant, rude, and lazy. Everything was fine except for being told I need to wear a mask in the building besides it not actually being a law I have asthma and can not wear a mask and consume my own carbon dioxide all day. Medical and food service can not be denied for a medical condition. Asthma is a medical condition.
