Well Kathy the counselor was AWESOME and very kind and compassionate. I enjoyed the welcoming attitude from the girl that checks you in. The nurses from Sherry to Kim and the other pretty nurse with the blond hair as well as Dr. McCarthy was very nice and professional!! The only thing that I could not even understand was why I was standing out in the rain and I was there everyday from Monday to Friday a minimum of 3 hours

Having had 3 major operations in 3 years has been extremely difficult. After having a back fusion in 2017 I checked into rehab because I had been on pain medication for years. At this point I enrolled in your program. In 2018 I had a bad fall fracturing my hip and shoulder on my dominant side. Pennsylvania hospital had to replace my hip on one day and then reconstruct my shoulder a day later. I was in the hospital and inpatient rehabilitation for 5 weeks. After leaving inpatient rehab I went right back to your program and h... read more

I have been a patient at the clinic for about 7 years now and take it very seriously. I work early in the morning having to be there at 7 I’m the main income to my wife and young children. I go early so I can keep my job and there are so many many people now that going early is my only option. I’ve worked my way up from going everyday to once every 2 weeks. I have been through many managers and staff etc etc and this by far is the WORST experience I’ve had with the current program director! She came up with an app for us all... read more

I absolutely love the nurse's but the people who make up the rules do it as they go. I've been a patient since 2011 and I think there is only 1 or 2 employee's that are still there. The turn over rate is crazy. I pay $750 a month and you times that by at least 1000 and this place makes a killing and can't pay the employees enough to stick around.

This place is a complete and utter JOKE! I’ve lost two very good jobs directly because of crossroads MyrtleBeach location. Both were due to being late for work because of the ridiculous amount of people in the medication lines. I’ve tried planning accordingly by arriving in line earlier but it doesn’t make a difference what time I go there is always an average of 112 people ahead of me even at the times of 5 to 5:15am. So now I can no longer afford to dose anymore at all thanks to crossroads loosing my great paying jobs for ... read more

I hated it for the fact that I have a drug problem I relapse I do things that drug addicts do but instead of the doctors and them working with you they'd rather discharge you until you don't come back to me that seems like they don't care whether you get clean or sober live or die they need to check that.

I have been a patient there since 2013 and I always loved it! I'm January I went to Ohio to spend my grandfather's final months with him and when I came back I was considered a restart and lost 1 film a day. Now I pay to go to a place where I'M STILL SICK AND GOING THROUGH MAJOR CRAVINGS AFTER YEARS OF SOBRIETY! I'm at the point now that I figure if I'm going to be sick every day I might as well enjoy doing it! So thank you all very much for that ignorant rule and for my mind telling me to give up now that my cravings are hi... read more
