Not so good, i waited almost a hour until they opened up the appt. Then the audio wasnt working. Oh well, im glad i didn't have to go to the appt. One appt the meds were not sent in. So i called the number and it was corrected but only for one week. Now all my appts have not been 28 days. Sorry to complain, but you asked.

The more experience I have with this facility, the more I see that they are not in business to actually help anyone with addictions. The employees are nice and polite, but they do nothing to help you. The answer is always “no”. Individual circumstances are not taken into consideration, ever. For example, if you are going out of town on vacation and are not at a phase where you can take home for a week, and there is no where to guest dose, your options are to 1) be sick for a week or 2) use illicit drugs to it be sick for a ... read more

The rating I’ve given does not reflect upon the staff whatsoever. My issue and biggest fear in life is relapsing , because if I do relapse my situation is kind of unique. I’d love to have the opportunity to explain just how unique my situation is and just how severe the consequences are for me if I was to relapse”trust me it’s unique”. I’d also appreciate the opportunity to explain exactly why I’m so close to relapsing and if I can explain everything to somebody with decision making authority such as a director and not just ... read more

They let me get all the way down there and then decided to tell me they couldn't see me. It was just a sucky experience and I will never go back. I waisted my time going there 2 times because they don't know how to communicate well

Making us come in twice a month is very hard on the working people. Especially since you all have quite opening on one Saturday a month. Going twice a month means 2 co-pay and 2 days missing work.
