Ramesh is mistaken. I recieved one follow up question from him on a Friday late afternoon via email and we responded to it the following Tuesday morning. No other follow up questions were brought to my attention.

He explained everything thoroughly, provided detailed analysis and repair recommendations and also recommended local vendors that are trusted in the industry. The structural engineer was on time and courteous. He performed a very thorough foundation inspection and answered all of my questions. He ended the appointment with advice on the next steps for foundation repair and maintenance plan. I received the engineering report less than 24 hours later with elevation change details and documentation of the advice given.
