Always friendly service, a little slow at times.
It has a comfortable waiting room, and offers a shuttle for transportation elsewhere.
Dylan Rogers, took care of us. From the word go, after telling him we were getting reading for vacation, but had a mouse get up and do damage to the fan motor, he said let's get you in right away, ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. Vacation plans still worked out. Couldn't have been more on top of it. Super nice all the while. Love Crown Toyota. Bought our last vehicle, and will be a lifetime customer now for sure! Thanks Dylan!
The servicing was okay, but the long wait was too long when I had an appointment.
Great service free tire rotation when you purchase 4 from Crown thanks!
Same day appointment, timely service,
Such nice people serious about there job. Want you to leave happy.
Work on car was great. Courtesy rides so customers don't have to wait at dealership when service appts are lengthy are appreciated. More work on communicating status of work, estimation on time to service completion would be appreciated.
I often travel from another city to visit this Toyota. They always take care of my vehicle and if there is an issue they work to resolve it. I also feel like advisors explain what is going on with my vehicle.
