There was no service performed on our Rav 4 on 2-28-2025. This had to be a mistake on someones part.

What I didn't like was I had to leave my car overnight no available times to get my car serviced. If you're gonna sell cars to have a good business, you need enough mechanics to work on the cars you are selling for basic needs, oil changes, tire, rotations, etc., etc.

Had to go back three times.Wrong part ordered. Then they thought plastic bumper part could just be snapped on, but found that parts were needed to be removed before new part could be replaced. Once we figured it out, was efficiently done.
