I like being treated like family
Always professional and the waiting area is clean. FOX news on too loud in the waiting area may make me rethink my review.
Oil Change and tire rotation plus multipoint inspection completed as requested and promised. All went well.
Crown service department does all the recommended maintenance on my car and they are excellent. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
1st time ever I got oil change and they didn't find something else wrong with the car. Funny thing is I knew these things were ok, next oil change they find something new wrong but what they found previously was ok even though nothing had been done to it. I am only going to recommend them if you make sure what they are doing and what they say they have done actually was.
Crown Toyota takes care of my car. They never pressure me to do anything, they say it's your car do what you want. It's just recommended. Another dealership has told me the recommended would be over $800. Crown Toyota beat their price and I don't get text messages and phone calls harassing me.
Friendly service I can depend on. Thanks to Criwn.
Staff was professional and courteous. Waiting area is comfortable as well. Maintenance performed as expected.
Thanks for your service, Happy to visit
