I always have had a good experience with crown toyota. They listen to your concerns and check every item on your checklist. They even do things that are not required, but do them as a courtsey for being a Crown customer. You also know right up front what your repair or service is going to cost. If unknown problems occur, they tell you in advance before any repairs are made. The time and cost to fix them are your option. This is a very respected dealership, which I'm proud to have the needed services done.
