0 Star : My Experience I was satisfied with the staff, the service, the communication, etc. The only thing that makes me not *completely* satisfied is that the repairs took so long, 35 days. My rental car ended up costing me an extra $600 because my rental coverage with my insurance ran out some time ago. That was the only drawback, the long repair time.

0 Star : My Experience It seemed to take an extremely long time for the repair. It could have been due to my insurance company (Progressive) or it could have been something else? I also noticed tiny rust spot on a few areas of my white car. These were not there when we brought the vehicle in. I pointed them out to the associate without much comment.
