0 Star : My Experience Repairs were not complete. Had requested to be contacted day before estimated repairs were to be made and was not. Next day went in repairs were not complete. Dent in door and part had not been put in. Had to wait for part to be put in and pay extra. Upon review of repairs saw dent in door and that protective lining had not been replaced on front
0 Star : My Experience Talked to William on Monday, April 21st about not picking up my BMW until Wednesday, April 23rd. Then I get a text my car is done and that I picked it up in Monday, April 21st. I did not pick up my car.

I arrived at 11:15 am and was informed that I had to wait another 30 minutes for a car wash. Make the long story short, the car was not ready until 12:45pm. 0 Star : My Experience Having to go back to get a part for my repair that I was not made aware of. Will told me the repair was complete and I could pick it up Friday afternoon. I couldn’t pick it up Friday, so I came Saturday and they said everything was good to go. Come Monday, Will calls me and says I have to go back to get a part put on that had to be ordered.. why wasn’t I made aware of this on Friday? when I was told I could pick it up that afternoon..?? 0 Star : My Experience I am being tricky tacky with this. The repairs look flawless. I just wish Andres would have given me updates more frequently. When you say parts are coming in on Ednesday call me Wednesday to tell me whether they came in or not. Delays happens just let me e know either with a text, phone call, email, or voice mail.
