0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Car wasn't ready when promised, wasn't ready when I arrived, and first pass quality was terrible. Receptionist was fantastic and friendly - not her fault the shop has problems. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service Told my car was ready on 12/27 @ 12pm. Couldn’t come get it until Monday 12/30 due to personal schedule. Showed up, took 30 minutes to 'finish buffing" the car...and then repair was unsatisfactory.
0 Star : My Experience Not completed upon arrival, items still not repaired or replaced. Obviously not inspected prior to notice. Very disappointed.

Bulbs they replaced went out and clips on connectors were broken on brand new parts. They failed to mention they drained all the coolant out of the radiator and didn’t refill it. Couldn’t diagnose a faulty fuel pump that wasn’t connected fully and immediately charged to replace car key that wasn’t the issue.
