0 Star : My Experience My overall experience was not the best due to the amount of time it took to get my truck back. It ended up taking about a month, and that was only because I insisted on getting it returned as soon as possible. My adjuster, Andres, kept giving me different completion dates, and when he finally told me to come in on Monday at 4, I called ahead and was told my truck still wasn’t ready due to a parts delay. Dent in door and part had not been put in. Had to wait for part to be put in and pay extra.
