2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality It took a very long time to even schedule the repair. Was told that the repair will start only after all the parts are available. It was then further delayed later as one of the parts was not delivered on time. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Staff was friendly and responsive. I would have appreciated if the updates were given in a more timely manner.
0 Star : My Experience I noticed two faults with the repair. I have reported it to two staff memebers today. I have not had a return call today.
2 Star : Likely to Recommend My vehicle look nice after the body repair but they broken lots of other pieces that is costing me lots of out pocket money. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality CSI done a great job on body repair and painting but they return the vehicle with lots of issues which was not existed prior to the repair. 2.5 Star : Customer Service

When I opened my trunk my spare tire and jack was left out b/c no one put it back. As of right now my car starts to shake when I go 65 mph.
