Food was delicious. Service was not so good. Although the management tried very hard to make it better. They've changed the menu. Removed the wonderful dinner rolls for awful tortillas. I mean real bad. Soggy and cold. When we mentioned it they explained that they had invested in a new tortilla maker. It's not working they're bad.

Decided to try them after their reopening, started with a Caesar salad and it was hot! I mean spicy hot. Why? Ordered a filet 10 oz medium rare, it came closer to raw to rare, could not eat it. My friend ordered shrimp tacos, the brought him grilled shrimp, not what he ordered. The used to be famous for their fried lobster, the old version was better than the newer version. It was a good place ...but new owners in January of 2023 and this place went to Crap ,prices too high service sucks only if you're a drunk and you buy alcohol will they take care of you if you go there to eat they will treat you like a second class citizen and only refill the drinks of people that are buying stuff from the bar WILL not be back !

We went for our anniversary and had an early reservation. When we arrived we were immediately taken to be seated. The table was right by the entrance hallway door. In our opinion not the best location as everyone would be walking by. The were maybe only 2 other tables of diners at this time and plenty of empty tables. I asked if we could change the table before we even sat down and was told by the hostess they were fully booked. 2 of the steaks ordered medium came out rare. Took waitress 10 minutes to return. Steaks were cooked longer and had more sear but still rare. Very little to no seasoning on steaks. Pricey meal for service and taste. Salad and sides were very good. This restaurant consistently gets bad reviews, but it's always crowded so thought we'd try it out. Quite a terrible experience.

I was here for a large family gathering, maybe 100 people. The restaurant did a terrible job of coordinating the meal. By that, I mean they put out chafing dishes of food and then walked away. Worse still, even though we paid for more people than showed up, they ran out of food before all the guests were served. The food we did get was ok to good, with the beef being the best. Maybe this is an OK place if you're going for a meal, and that's not something I ever expect to experience. However, you may want to look elsewhere ... read more

Arrived around 7pm on a Sunday here's my take: Structure- the building is very large and is going for the "log cabin lodge look" lots of wood, dead animals on the walls etc. There are "sections" of the restaurant with each one having its own small bar or saloon which was pretty cool. However, the place smells terribly musty and sort of like moth balls We were sat immediately in the corner of one of the sections directly across from a large party with screaming children. Came here for Valentine's Day. Menu was limited for good reason, but the portions were small, cold, and about twice the price of what the meal was worth IMO. 20 % gratuity was tacked on automatic. It just wasn't worth it. Staying at home next Valentine's Day and grilling my own entrees.
