Skip it. We meant to go to the Dallas location which is rated better than this one but we came here because my boyfriend picked the wrong address on our gps. Big mistake. I have been wanting to eat there for a few years now. It was a brunch and it was not good food. It was like the chef was trying out all his experimental stuff on the customers on that day, Plus the food was dried up and not edible. I was let down to say the least.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My family and I were refused service at Culpepper Cattle Co. First, the hostess said there were no tables available, and when I asked again, she suddenly changed it to an hour wait. On top of that, I was met with judgmental stares from the female employees working there, which made the atmosphere feel extremely unwelcoming and uncomfortable. If their goal was to make sure my family and I never return, they succeeded. I will gladly never return.

Super unwelcoming restaurant, it's giving racist maybe ????????????? When arrived hostess said there were no tables available for our party of 8 which you would think they normally give you a wait time to accommodate and when asked again all of the sudden a 1 hour wait? I was excited to try this place because I'd rather this than another faceless big box, but until they raise the bar and run this location properly I'm sorry 2 stars is it. You're certainly not paying 2 star prices. We came on a Sunday and ordered off the menu, I'll start with the good bits, the meatballs were great, very tasty. Had a 5 star experience last November with great food and service so I wanted to take my wife for our anniversary. Food was terrible and service was mediocre. We might try it one more time since we had such a great experience the first tim.

We have been frequent customers of the Culpeppers in Rockwall. Normally, we sit at the bar and have a nice dinner With friendly bartenders and servers. Tonight we experienced a loud vulgar disruptive man at the bar. Inexcusable! Even the staff cringed at his comment, volume and vulgarity! Really??? Love Culpeppers..,BUT, the new outdoor area??? GET FANS!!!! We live in Texas y'all. It's just the beginning of June and at 7:00 in the evening my entire party was drenched. Stayed till the party ended at 9:00 and it was hotter than h@&@!!! Can't imagine July or August!!! 4-$50. Fans guys!!!! EASY FIX!!!! AND outside is where the band is.
