Ordered for the first time from the updated Culpepper's through Uber Eats. Was delivered just fine, Howe was missing the gravy for 2 orders of Chicken Fried Steak. Who wants CFS with no gravy? Spent $80 on 2 orders. Food was salty and small sides with stingy toppings. Called the restaurant and they wouldn't help bc it was ordered through Uber Eats even though they were the ones who didn't pack the gravy. Uber Eats wouldn't compensate anything either. Ordered the Steak-Chicken Combo Fajitas for "2-3" people for delivery. Price came out to $48.52 before the $10 tip I gave to the driver. I got FOUR tortillas and ONLY 8 oz of rice, beans, veggies. This is enough for 1 person, not 2 or 3. The steak and chicken portion was enough for 2. I ended up having to order more food somewhere else to accommodate for everyone.

I have never been to a Steakhouse that doesn't serve bread!! No, if you want bread with your steak and baked potato you have flour tortilla. Hugh disappointment!!

Came on a Monday, the apps and drinks were so bad on top of slow service we left instead of getting entrees. Stay away from queso, wine, and salads.

Been going to culpeppers for years. Not the same since new ownership. First few times we went after new ownership it was not great but wanted to give them a chance. We just finished eating and thought I would post this. We probably will not be going back. Really poor service and the food was not great. Seems to be getting worse than better.l

Pros: nice atmosphere and good food Cons: it's not easy finding parking. It's very loud inside. They didn't have napkins or silverware. When I asked if I could just have some extra cocktail napkins the bartender gave them to me with wet hands, so most of the napkins were wet. And they gave me my appetizer at the same time as my entrée. For a $57 meal, that was kind of annoying.

This is the third time I've tried to make reservations and again no seating inside for dinner. What does it take to get a reservation for dinner at this place? Grew up going here in the 80's and 90's and we have been wanting to try the new revised Culpepper Cattle but have been unsuccessful at getting a reservation, guess I'll try again another time.

Fantastic layout and rustic look , very friendly staff , decent prices . Now the serious review starts. I order a margarita. It shows up in a 8 oz glass with 6 oz of ice and maybe 2 sips of flavored water no taste of much other for $12 . More about this later. Man, we were excited to come here for my son's graduation dinner. We last came here for his 16th birthday and it was amazing. WHAT HAPPENED? This isn't the place we fell in love with. The dining room is freezing. The tortillas are random and although it fits the Tex Mex theme, it was not what we expected or wanted. The appetizers were mediocre.
