We had someone, reasons unknown, show up at our duplex and bust out a bunch of the windows. These were old single paynes of glass. Seemed cheaper to just do replacement windows. I had Custom Exteriors do mine at least 20 years ago and they look great. Called them and Jason came out to give us a quote. Even though it was covered by insurance and a deductible, he gave us a fair and great quote. The sales person was courteous knowledgeable and patience. We had gotten quotes couple of times from him but ended up pushing out the project due to various reasons Finally we signed the contract. Custom Exterior team did a great job in replacing 2 patio doors and a bedroom window in our house. We had called them to get an estimate and project scope after getting the same from 2 vendors and had wanted to be more comprehensive in our market research.
