This business has deceptive and illegal practices. They charged my credit card over $17,000 after I was assured no charges would be made on my credit card as I cancelled the order in person within 15 hours. It has taken me numerous phone calls and 20 days to have that charge refunded. I an SO glad I cancelled and found out this is NOT a company you want to do business with!
A Dabella employee came to my house uninvited on 4-8 and gave me a quote to replace my roof for $27,000. Due to the salesmans cussing during his shady sales pitch, I would never use this company! I had another quote for $15,000 for the same type of roof from a very reputable company that I could trust. Do not allow any Dabella employee into your house. He wasted 90 minutes of my time and was very unprofessional. He was the type of man I could not trust.
This company is misleading and a waste of time. They have an A+ on a technicality, they respond to every complaint and BBB marks that as solved. It looks good on paper, but is not right by the customer. *********************** the finance manger is rude and condescending. Dude came to my house from DaBella roofing company. I've done roofs myself in the past. He said that they will give my wife the 'special' price of $27,000 to RE-DO MY ROOF THAT'S IN GOOD CONDITION, as long as she signs WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AS HER HUSBAND!! My wife got mad at me when I said that I would shoot him off of my roof if I found him up there under those circumstances. OBVIOUSLY A VERY SHADY, DISHONEST, AND UNFORTHRIGHT company!!!
They won't stop calling even after being told we don't require ANY of their products or services.

Very similar to others reviews. The person I scheduled with insisted there would be no obligation. When the estimator (read: salesman) came on March 04, he didnt even bring a ladder big enough to get on my roof. He spent an hour taking pictures and walking around in my attic. Our attic is in he master closet. He got insulation all over my husbands clothes and didnt close the attic door all the way.Then he wanted to talk about their product. I had a sales rep from Dabella come review my roof last week. He quickly told me I had lifting, active leaking, and a support cross sectional joist that was completely cracked and could be up to six figures to fix. He showed me photos of the joist and it was a dramatic crack down the side of the beam. He then quoted me $19k for a new roof on a 900sqft home, and then dropped it down to $14k (for overstock, marketing, flex install, and before and after review discounts). When we signed the contract because we really liked their product we were promised nothing but honesty and communication which we told them was incredibly important to us because we both work full time and did not want to have the issues of trying to get ahold of them constantly or being led on or lied to. They ended up doing both to us.
