Very aggressive and rude salesman. Their sales crew has been ignoring every 'no soliciting' sign on our block. This crew completely destroyed an important work call I was on by walking past a private gate, where the actual doorbell and Ring cam is and making our dog go insane while I was on a critical work call. They then lied into the ring cam claiming their work trucks are parked at my neighbor's home and flashed a flyer with a Texas phone number to call if we needed the work trucks moved. These guys go door to door soliciting their services -- even to folks who have clear no soliciting signs. When I pointed to the fact that we have a no soliciting sign up the rep began arguing with me that they have were not soliciting they were simply in the neighborhood. I think that says everything you need to know about these folks.

They will take advantage of seniors by over selling poor workmanship and over pricing a job. Viceroy Improvement LLC and D bella work together as one company and doing very fast sales to seniors then sending the account to be collected by an other company. DO NOT USE da-bella or Viceroy Improvement LLC.

HARASSMENT!! They do nothing but Harassment!! Gave them my number once so I can get a quote and they have not STOP CALLING EVERY DAM DAY!!! Representative failed to read my No Solicitation sign ... approached my door and knocked. I asked him if he read my sign and dismissed me by telling me he wants to tell me about what he's selling. I again asked him if he read my sign? His reply was Yes. I Informed him that I wasn't interested, he laughed, grinned and dropped a flyer on my porch and walked away. If this is the level of service your reps are providing I'd hate to see the level of professionalism and work ethic this DaBella company provides to their clients.
I have two incomplete projects by this company. They have left my home vulnerable to pest and water intrusion. The GM refuses to respond to me in writing and tries to convince me that this next attempt will be different but then ghosts me again. I have an unusable kitchen due to a hole made in a water pipe and magically no one I talked to at Dabella has their liability insurance information, even though they showed it during their sales pitch, and their contract says information is available upon request.
