Beware of this company. Has very high pressure sales techniques and will not take no for an answer. Sales person extremely rude and crude talking. You are high pressured and are told inaccurate information. A damage reimbursement of $30.00 took 7 months and about 10 phone calls to resolve. The warranty period was not what was told in the initial meeting. It is very difficult to contact and talk with anyone about a problem. Dabella Windows, *********, has been the worse company to deal with it. We ordered 3 windows in July 2022 and 2 of the 3 windows were installed in Sept. 2022. However, the windows weren't the ones we ordered. Then we asked when the 3rd window would be installed and they said it was being ordered. It is now March 2023 and we still have not received the 3rd window and they have not corrected the 2 windows that are installed. Dont use this company. They say whatever they think is going to get them through the door and lie to you about why you should use them, like that the prices are higher because they pay the workers a living wage, they recycle all materials, and the biggest lie any materials not used will be credited back to you. They subcontract out, they charge you for materials that werent used. And the real kicker was that they didnt finish the work. I just read a review that is eerily similar to my own...I had Dabella come to assess my roof over 18 months ago. They stayed for hours (over 4 hours!) and would not leave until I raised my voice. They have continued sending representatives to my house. And I have asked for my number to be removed from their list MANY times. I've even had to begin blocking their number, but THEY KEEP CALLING FROM NEW NUMBERS within my area code so I am more likely to pick up. Crew that came out to put the siding on didnt install correctly in multiple spots, called dabella to have a someone out to fix it and no one has its been 2 months. Call and ask for an update and get no information they have no idea what Im talking about they just say someone will reach out to you. Now I am paying tens of thousands of dollars for siding that wasnt installed correctly and have no way to get it fixed

Dabella used hard sell tactics when they visited my home for free assessment. I only invited them to assess, and they sat us down for hours and tried to sell us a roof we repeatedly said we did not want and would not be purchasing. Dabella's sales reps only left my house after I raised my voice, and they actually left a phone on our dinner table to record the conversation I had with my wife while they were outside.Again, they attempted to record a private conversation while feigning to give us privacy to discuss their unwant... read more

We purchased dual hung windows through dabella. Unfortunately when they showed up to install our new windows because of a paperwork issue the wrong model of window was installed. We did not know they were the wrong windows until over half my windows had already been removed from my house and a new window was installed did we notice the issue.I called the main office to try to fix the situation but was told nothing could be done. Unethical sales tactics coupled with a 500% markup. Have had two bids from them in the last few years - one for windows (their let me talk to my boss omg we NEVER do this price was 75k, a job which we ultimately paid another contractor 12k for with the exact same windows and warranties) and one for siding (38k for a partial install *but hey its 0% financing for two years if you sign right now* while the same job with the exact same materials and warranties is 6k with every other licensed and bonded contractor that bid the jo... read more

I talked to a Sales Rep from the ******** branch of DaBella. The reps name was ***** and he was very nice but very bad at communicating. It was supposed to be a free estimate but he pushed and pushed for us to sign a loan agreement. We just wanted the estimate not to be forced into doing something we didn't want. I tried reaching out to him after he informed me i was denied. I have about 6 emails that I have sent him in regard to be getting my money back that I should have back in September **********************************... read more
