I did not appreciate the high pressure tactics of DaBella. It was difficult to get the salesman to leave as he would was not accepting a firm "NO". I'm so glad to have kept getting estimates as I found Matador Exteriors of ********* to be highly professional, knowledgeable and actually listened to my needs. Its a bonus that the owner comes out to see the roof himself and BIDs can be more competitive without paying a salesman, appt setters, etc. His wife helps with computer work which further helps keep customers cost low whi... read more

I didn't even employe da Bella. Infact told them many times I was not ready to move forward but yet they called constantly. And when I expressed I wouldn't be using them as they had been harassing me and calling multiple times during the day and to include called me at 9 pm one night the girl tried to tell me it was an automated call and didn't show that they had called that late... calling me a liar when I have call logs. Rude af. Will not ever use them.

Dabella is a high pressure over priced contractor. They have their script and they refuse to leave until they get a sale. Their quotes are 3 to 4 times higher than any other contractor which is why they pressure you to accept their quote on the spot. Dont let them get started and cheat you.

Two men were at my home from Da Bella to give me a bid for a bath remodel. They efused to give me identification and would only give me their first names which were, I learned later **** names, "****" for ****** and "***" for *****. I was told they would arrive with ID but they had no business cards, and no kind of ID, and nothing showing they worked for Da Bella.I am an 80 year old female living alone. The sales and installation processes went very well. But when we needed one of the controls repaired the experience was TERRIBLE! It took over a month and no one cared including the local manager and my sales rep. **** words of assurance but no action. At this point I would not recommend DaBella to any of my friends for anything! And to this day I havent received a single apology for the truly lousy service.

Shady sales pitch. Ignored a lot of our concerns. Staged phone call with his boss. Really insisted on ** mentioning what we liked about them before we even knew anything about them. Guilt tripped us a bit. The ad for this company was a complete lie because it promised that you could get a ***** to pay for the windows if you met 3 requirements. What they didnt say was that there was a fourth: income of $30,000 or less per year. And of course, the moment we filled out our address and phone number, got a call a few minutes late... read more

Dabella installed a new roof on my home in October 2021. I have had so many problems with this expensive roof! Shingles have come off at least 10 times since the job was completed. Dabella has not come up with a solution to keep this from happening. I am very low on their priority list since they cashed my 50K check in 2021. I contacted both the local and corporate offices about the most recent event on May 3. They have yet to schedule a repair. This has been so frustrating, disappointing, and extremely unprofessional.

If I could give a negative rating, this company would get -5 stars! If you have children or pets do not use this company. In the contract they promise factory trained subcontractors to install the roof that are trained directly from GAF, with at least 7 years of experience. One of the guys on the crew was no older than 19years old, and none of the other workers knew English, so do they do trainings in Spanish?
