I obtained a roof estimate from DaBella a couple of years ago and declined it's bid. Since then I have received countless calls, letters, knocks on my door and flyers hung on my house pleading my business. It is constant! I have requested repeatedly DaBella stop contacting me because there is no possibility I would ever do business with this company. If you like dealing with hard selling salespeople and want to pay way too much for your roof - this company would work for you. The salesperson took 3 1/2 hours of hard sell before we could finally get finished with the appointment. His first number was almost $30,000 (we have a 1500 sq ft, single story ranch on a central hall) not complicated. After seeing all the positive ratings on Angie's List, I bought Angie's List "Big Deal" of $200 for $500 "Credit Towards Any Roofing Project" thru DaBella. It took 3 days for them to respond. When James did call he said "they only do tear off and redo for new roofs" or new roofs, no repairs or moss removal. Interesting...why would you even have a $200 for $500 "coupon". ROOF ESTIMATE ONLY: DaBella seems to sell and install top quality products for roofs. A co-worker of mine said they do a top notch install. I was very disappointed to hear their salesmen work on commission and I was pressured by Jeff to buy their services the same day he gave me an estimate. I tried to set up an appointment for a quote on a roofing job. I had to repeat my personal information multiple times to the company representative, who obviously was not listening carefully. While my schedule is flexible and my spouse's is not, I tried to set up an appointment for the onsite rep to come give me a quote for their services.
