Contractors are great! David and Sterling were very knowledgeable and answered any concerns we had. We did have a setback with our window order from DaBella Exteriors and the front window was the incorrect one we ordered. They installed the window that arrived and will remove and reinstall the correct window when it gets here at no additional charge...... They made it right!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! While I haven't decided what to do yet, Mike did an excellent job explaining all the details of the roofing process, including Samples of the materials to be used, and a written estimate of the job.
It is fun to interact with them and it is educational. They are very patient and through some detailed Q&A with me. When discussing financial decisions, they showed some flexibility to close the deal. Good job for both of them. <br />
<p>Daniel stopped by our door to explain DaBella's roofing system. He originally was walking the neighborhood, when he walked up while I was outside with concerns on the roof thathe visually noted. We agreed to let him inside to do a further inspection due to it being 20 years of age. We just moved in, and weren't pleased with the home inspection to begin with, so it was good to get a second opinion. Extremely well. Jeff and I were able to brainstorm the scope of the project--he even came up with an alternative plan that met the requirements of what I needed. This was fantastic.Much appreciated his follow-up and thoroughness. <br />
The quality of windows is excellent, though it is not cheap option. The installer was very professional and cleaned up all the mess. Everything looks great even old molding fit into the windows.
