Problems with Product/Service As you can see by documents ordered on 7/28/2021. I put down $5,500. Anticipated start date 11/3/21, anticipated conclusion 12/1/21. Problems with Product/Service On the 26th of May 2021 I ordered a Jacuzzi bathtub. Wrote a check in the amount $5,726. They said it would be installed in October. In November I made several calls to check on the progress. I spoke to several representatives and they said they would get back with me. No one has returned my calls.
Problems with Product/Service on Nov 4 2021 - i had gutters put onto my house with the company. prior to the install, we spoke to the sales rep who over sold us until the subcontractor came out and said it was incorrect. We paid a $50 down to the sales rep while he was here in order to pay cash. Problems with Product/Service We signed a contract with a company called DaBella to have six windows installed in our house and placed a down payment of $2000.00 on July 17th, 2021. We were told that the windows would be installed in early October. October came and went with no word from DaBella and no return phone calls. Problems with Product/Service The date I contracted with them was October 1st 2021. The amount of money paid to them my alone is for $24,537 this was a purchase for a new roof placed on my home. After several weeks they finally came and started to work on my home as they were finishing up the roof they were placing vent into the roof live very long nails. Guarantee/Warranty Issues The company took 4 months to make and deliver 5 windows. Upon delivery, Two large picture windows were 2 inches to large, therefore weren't able to be installed. One window arrived with a broken casing, it has been installed and the installer filed a claim on the warranty on my behalf.A couple days later, Dabella called me and asked that I pay the remaining balance. Problems with Product/Service We had a bathroom remodel done September 23rd. The tub was not installed Properly. The tub is now bowed in the middle it's cracked on the side.. The insert pieces are not glued down properly to the wall, they took chunks out of my ceiling, took chunks out of my hardwood floors. At this point the tub is not salvageable. Problems with Product/Service Over the course of 2019-2020 we replaced windows and doors at our house. Since June 2021 I have been trying to get DaBella to fix an issue with a large 2 part window in our dining room. Guarantee/Warranty Issues Signed contract with Dabellas to install jetted jacuzzi tub in home 6/6/2019. Contract provided lifetime manufacturers warranty on installed bath and shower systems. In less than 2 years pump motor went out on jacuzzi. Dabellas considered this a jacuzzi issue. Jacuzzi willing to repair but required proof of purchase of jacuzzi parts from Dabellas.
