Problems with Product/Service On 6.24.21 we contracted with Dabella to have 9 windows installed at our home. We were told that the estimated installation date would be 10.18.21. We paid a 2k deposit towards the cost. Not hearing from Dabella in Oct we called to followup on project and was told that windows have arrived and would be in contact with us. Problems with Product/Service We paid almost $30,000 in 2019 for a new roof from Dabella. Now, 2 years later, there is a significant leak that has ruined the drywall in one of the bedrooms in the home. Problems with Product/Service On August 14, 2021 we had Mr. ******* over to our home to discuss DaBella replacing our siding on our home which we had just purchased. After looking over the siding, Mr. ******* gave us an estimate of $54,000 to replace the siding on the entire home. Then they sent guys out to install that did a terrible job and we tried to talk to them to get it fixed and they could not speak any English. Guarantee/Warranty Issues We need Dabella to provide us with a 2 year certification statement for the recent repair of our roof. When the roof was repaired on October 11th, 2021, we never received anything to sign or certification when the repair was completed. We have called several times each week since the repair to ask for the documentation. Each time we called they pointed us to customer service or to GAF. Problems with Product/Service On 7/14/2021 we entered into a contract with DaBella in Eugene to replace the shower in our master bath. I utilized the DaBella in Hillsboro on this complaint as you would not allow me to use the Eugene address. I supplied a deposit of $3,119.00 towards a total bill of $12,545.10. Problems with Product/Service I hired Dabellas to replace my old siding with the Hardie Board concrete fiber board siding and my gutters for about $52,000 in July of 2021. The gutters and siding seem to be very nice but the crew dropped and broke my swamp cooler.
