Wow. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer despite the multitude of Uber eats drivers as well as door dash deliverers that tell me about the inept availability and customer service of this establishment. While I have had a quality issue in the past, it was corrected by a wonderful manager. However, today, I dealt with "Lo", who was extremely rude. Won't be going back...I ordered a chicken slider online...the chicken was very small, smaller than in any of the pics posted by other customers. Maybe worth $3.99, but was over $7.00 ($6.69+tax) ... ordered online for prepare now "immediate" order. I went to pick up 13 minutes later, and was ready 26 minutes after I ordered Sunday at 7:30 pm. The staff was courteous, however.

I honestly just don't get the hype about this place. It's not that great in my opinion. The food just don't hit. Obviously, get the spice level you can tolerate; but even still it's just not that tasty. Very salty, and that dry rub that comes on the chicken is very overpowering. No balance. Only thing that was pretty good was the fries. Crispy and not super oily, which is nice.

First time trying out this place. I ordered $30 worth of food... Not worth it. Flavor was nasty. However, the cheese fries were the only good thing.

First time visitor, not going to return. They forgot my order and I had to flag them down to get them to put my order in again. They put it at the end of the queue, so I had to wait for the line of people that ordered after me to get their food before I got mine. I'm beyond irritated, this salty chicken isn't even good enough to wait 30+ minutes for.

The first time I had Dave's it was amazing ! The chicken was So fresh, delicious, and REAL. I ordered some for the second time today and to my disappointment this is not chicken. It taste like rubber. Definitely not the same quality of food being used.

If you want to avoid high blood pressure...RUN! This was my 1st time trying Dave's hot chicken. The pictures showed so much potential but my goodness what a bust! There is entirely too much seasoning salt on the food! Every bite was like I was eating a whole bottle of seasoning salt. The chicken itself seemed like it was cooked well but by the time I removed the skin to minimize the salt the chicken was cold. Not sure my blood pressure can handle giving them another try. I don't get the hype for this place... I got a single slider which, you can tell from the photos is on a basic hamburger bun with a frankly stingy portion of slaw, pickles, and a broken tender. We also got a mild tender and some fries. The fries have a Cajun seasoning on them but it was very mild in flavor almost a little bland.
