If you're coming on a Friday night, be prepared to wait over 40 minutes for your food! We placed an order online at 9:48 pm to pick up with an estimated pick up time of 10:08 pm. We arrived on time and were told "we're backed up. It'll be a while." We proceeded to wait, checking in with the staff again after 15 minutes and were told "it's coming up soon." Inedibly salty. I was so excited because I love fried chicken, especially spicy. But one bite and it was in the garbage. Doesn't matter which spice level, it was like eating a brick of salt. I can't recommend this to anyone.

Service: 0/5 2 chicken sandwiches took 25 minutes to prepare...while the restaurant was nearly empty...for my 1st time here. If this place was at peak hours, I'd expect you receive your order around the same time as the 2nd coming of Christ. Food: 1/5 The chicken tenders tasted like salt at the price of $13. My salt at home cost me $2 a bottle, so I think I will just stick with that than ever coming back here again.

I have been waiting in line for god near 23 mins. Service is unacceptable. I would like to address I have not tried the chicken yet. If it bussss I take it back. I will add another review for the update. I tired to add a pic. The app is not letting me. M&ms are very pricy

Order was wrong. Then employees fought over whose fault it was. Food not disgusting, but not great either. Wouldn't come back.

Wow. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer despite the multitude of Uber eats drivers as well as door dash deliverers that tell me about the inept availability and customer service of this establishment. While I have had a quality issue in the past, it was corrected by a wonderful manager. However, today, I dealt with "Lo", who was extremely rude. When I mentioned that the app I was ordering from stated that they didn't have French fries, she simply suggested I go elsewhere. Then, she promptly hung... read more

Won't be going back...I ordered a chicken slider online...the chicken was very small, smaller than in any of the pics posted by other customers. Maybe worth $3.99, but was over $7.00 ($6.69+tax) ... ordered online for prepare now "immediate" order. I went to pick up 13 minutes later, and was ready 26 minutes after I ordered Sunday at 7:30 pm. The staff was courteous, however.

I honestly just don't get the hype about this place. It's not that great in my opinion. The food just don't hit. Obviously, get the spice level you can tolerate; but even still it's just not that tasty. Very salty, and that dry rub that comes on the chicken is very overpowering. No balance. Only thing that was pretty good was the fries. Crispy and not super oily, which is nice.

First time trying out this place. I ordered $30 worth of food... Not worth it. Flavor was nasty. However, the cheese fries were the only good thing.
